Pricing & Credits
How does the credit system work?
Credits are used to generate content. Each generation consumes credits based on the AI model, resolution, and duration (for videos). You can purchase credits in packages that never expire.
Do credits expire?
No! Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them, at your own pace.
How much do credits cost?
We offer various packages starting from 50,000 IDR for 100 credits. Larger packages provide better value. Check our pricing page for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA), and credit cards through our secure payment partner Tripay.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience technical issues or problems, please contact our support team and we'll help resolve them.
Content & Usage
Who owns the content I create?
You own all rights to the content you generate on PixelNest. You can use it for personal or commercial purposes without restrictions.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes! All content you create can be used for commercial purposes including marketing, products, websites, and more.
Are there any content restrictions?
Yes. We prohibit illegal, harmful, offensive, or adult content. Content that infringes on intellectual property rights is also not allowed.
How long are my creations stored?
Your creations are stored securely in your gallery. You can download them anytime. We recommend downloading important files for backup.

What AI models do you use?
We use leading AI models including Veo 2, Sora 2, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, and more. Each model has different strengths for various creative tasks.
How long does generation take?
Most images generate in 10-30 seconds. Videos typically take 1-5 minutes depending on duration and complexity.
What file formats are supported?
Images are delivered in PNG or JPG format. Videos are delivered in MP4 format, compatible with all major platforms.
Can I use the API?
API access is available for Enterprise customers. Contact our sales team for more information.
Account & Support
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" and register with your email or Google account. Verification is instant and you can start creating immediately after purchasing credits.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send you a reset link to your registered email address.

Can I delete my account?
